This two-page form should be used when you are planning changes to your home. A completed application should be provided to the HOA, (Danny Terrebonne) BEFORE any work is done. The HOA is responsible for assuring that homes in the neighborhood continue to meet our established standards of quality and appearance. Approved forms must be in hand before changes to the home are made.
