This site is all about our Stone Brook Village neighborhood in Near Northwest Houston, Texas.  The site is intended for residents and prospective buyers.   We are conveniently located off West Little York between Bingle and Hollister Roads.  It is a genuine pleasure to advise that not a single home was flooded in SBV during the devastating Hurricane Harvey of 2017.  This is true despite the 25 inches of rain we received in our neighborhood.

With only 58 homes, our “walking streets” are sometimes used by children, bikers and dog walkers.  In our gated neighborhood we have a strictly enforced speed limit of 15 MPH.
