This two-page form should be used when you are planning changes to your home. A completed application should be provided to the architectural committee BEFORE any work is done. You may submit your application via email to sbvarcommittee@gmail.com. The HOA is responsible for assuring that homes in the neighborhood continue to meet our established standards of quality and appearance. Approved forms must be in hand before changes to the home are made.
